Caffeine Content of Every Drink
80 drinks ranked by caffeine per serving, with the per-ounce column that coffee-shop math hides — an espresso shot is the most concentrated thing on the list while still being small. The % column is each drink against the FDA's 400 mg/day ceiling. Every row links to that drink's cutoff-time page.

Common questions
How much caffeine should you have in a day?
The FDA cites 400 mg per day as the safe ceiling for healthy adults — the % column in the table shows each drink against it. Pregnant? The limit drops to 200 mg; that calculator is linked below.
Which drink has the most caffeine per ounce?
Espresso (about 63 mg per single fluid ounce) and 5-hour Energy (roughly 105 mg/oz) lead per ounce. Per serving, the winners are different: Starbucks Blonde Roast (360 mg) and Bang/Reign (300 mg) deliver more total caffeine because you drink more liquid.
Is cold brew stronger than espresso?
Per cup, yes: a 16 oz cold brew carries about 205 mg versus 63 mg in a single espresso shot. Per ounce the espresso wins by far — cold brew just comes in a bigger glass.
Method
Values are per labeled serving (the same figures every calculator on this site uses). Each drink carries its own source — the brand's published figure where one exists, otherwise USDA FoodData Central or CSPI's caffeine chart — shown in the Source column; per fl oz divides by serving volume. Powders and pills have no fluid ounces, so they show a dash there. The ranking is honest about serving size — which is exactly why a 12 oz Celsius (200 mg) outranks an 8.4 oz Red Bull (80 mg) on dose but not concentration.
